An open letter, May 2026

$0 upfront. We take 17% of bookings we deliver. Nothing else, ever.

A short letter from Brandon Henderson, for trade business owners in New England with a Google Business Profile and no real website.

Letter begins

If you own a service business in New England that already has happy customers and a Google Business Profile but no real website, I want to make you an offer.

I will build you a proper website. I will set up your Google Business Profile so it actually pulls calls. I will run a tracked phone number and a small ad budget out of my own pocket. You will not pay me a setup fee. You will not pay me a monthly retainer.

When a real homeowner calls that tracked number, you pick up the phone like you always do. You book the work. You do the work. You collect the check.

At the end of the month I send you an invoice for 17 percent of the revenue from jobs we booked through that tracked number. Every call is recorded and timestamped, so the math is easy to verify against your own books.

If we send you zero jobs in a month, the invoice is zero. If we send you a slow month, the invoice is small. If we crush it, we both eat well.

That is the deal. There is no other version of it. No setup fee that quietly appears later, no monthly fee that creeps in, no 12-page contract designed to confuse you. The agreement is short, the math is plain, and either of us can walk with 30 days notice.

I take fewer than 6 new partners per quarter, one per trade per 25 miles. If you are already on a revenue share with another marketing company, this will not work for you. If your trucks are already at capacity, this will not work for you. If you have been in business less than a year, this will not work yet.

If none of that disqualifies you, the application below takes three minutes. I read every one personally and call you back within 24 hours.

Frequently asked
What is the catch?+

There is no catch. There is a filter. We only take partners where the math works both sides. If we are not confident we can move the needle for your business, we will say so up front.

How do you prove a job came from your work?+

Every partner gets a CallRail tracking number we pay for. Calls to that number are recorded and timestamped. End of month we invoice 17 percent with a call-by-call breakdown you can verify against your own books.

What if a caller does not book?+

You owe us nothing. We only get paid on jobs that paid you.

What if I want out before the 12 months?+

30 days notice and you walk. You keep the domain. You keep the Google Business Profile. We turn off the ads. There is a small buyout based on your trailing 12-month revenue share if you exit before month 12, spelled out in the agreement before either of us signs.

Is this exclusive?+

Yes. One partner per trade per 25-mile radius. Your closest competitor cannot sign with us.

Who is behind this?+

Brandon Henderson, based in Massachusetts. Runs paid marketing for several New England service businesses. Payments are handled through ColabContent LLC until a dedicated entity is spun up.
